Refund Policy
We offer a full replacement policy for ANY damaged product. Simply provide photographic evidence of manufacturing defects within 14 days of receiving the item by emailing support@tempusgear.co. After this period, we regret to inform you that we cannot process anything without photographic evidence.
Replacement If you receive a product with manufacturing defects, you have 14 days from receiving the item to request a replacement. Please send photographic evidence of the defects to support@tempusgear.co. Please note it cannot be issued without photographic evidence. We also cannot replace a product after 14 days of receiving the item. Therefore after 14 days of receiving the item, we cannot process any requests for any reason.
Please ensure all original accessories are included with your return, and provide a valid tracking number. Failure to receive your return will not be our responsibility. Include your order number in the return package. We reserve the right to apply a restocking fee as appropriate.
Once a product has been opened or used, it cannot be resold as new, out of respect for our customers. Therefore, we cannot accept returns based on personal preferences.
